It was ok, but I wasn't asked if I wanted to take it with me or if I would drink it there. So I got the coffee in a Togo mug and the cake in a paper bag. I've looked in vain for cutlery and spoons. The taste was all good, the service could be better.

Order hot latte macchiato kids and get it piping hot ... thought barista learn that

The staff is very friendly but my ice cream parlor had hardly any taste and I paid a proud 6 euros for it, people prefer to buy a fully automatic coffee machine next door at Saturn and brew the milk parlor yourself from fresh beans, tastes much better and is 10 times cheaper For a sack of coffee beans I pay 8.50 euros in Rewe and that's enough for 30 cups

The quality of drinks is more or less the same as in other Starbucks Cafes. But the staff here is not very polite and attentive. As you shouldn't. By the way, the coronavirus restrictions are barely followed.

Today I treated myself to another Iced Caramel Machiato and it was delicious again. Unfortunately, the new lids are a bit stupid. And unfortunately there is no longer a straw either. It's a shame you can't stir your drink properly now.

Shortly before I wanted to go on the Deutsche Bahn today, I had thought about getting a delicious coffee. When I decided to buy Starbucks, my order was taken up very unfriendly by an employee and the preparation took a long time. I will avoid this shop in the future and prefer to drink my coffee somewhere else. For this price, I can get a delicious coffee anywhere with a much friendlier service!

This place is an absolute imposition! The coffee is served cold, the three male employees are cheeky and rude, although the word rude here is an understatement. Before I buy coffee here again, I'd rather drink water from a puddle! That such employees get a job at all borders on a wonder of the world. Anyone who wants to be treated normally and wants to have a decent and warm coffee, please avoid this shop for self protection !!!

Whenever I take the train for work, I get coffee from Starbucks. Although I am there at irregular intervals, almost everyone there always knows my name. This is really remarkable when it comes to customers. Employees are friendly and the coffee tastes very good. Sure, it's more expensive than anywhere else, but everyone who goes to Starbucks should know that. I can only recommend everyone to go there. Unfortunately, seating is not ideal due to the space.

Nice staff indeed. Don’t know how many times one of the baristas has guessed my order, it’s very charming. One time they gave me an upsize for the regular price. The quality is as expected from Starbucks, guess I’m giving the fifth star because of his pretty eyes.

Pretty good. Serves it's purpose. Inside a very nice shopping mall, definitely like coming here after shopping and having a nice drink. Always clean and always friendly.
